My Upper Room

Attendance at the given training venue and all activities carried out by Roalta Skills Development CC t/a My Upper Room and employees are at the Client’s own risk and as Parent/Caregiver you undertake on behalf of yourself, and the Child/Children to indemnify, hold harmless and absolve My Upper Room and staff against any claim whatsoever that may arise in connection with any loss or damage to the property of or injury to the above mentioned Child/Children, in the course of attendance of any programme, as well as any activity arranged by My Upper Room and its staff in the knowledge that My Upper Room will nevertheless take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and welfare of the Child/Children.

Roalta Skills Development CC t/a My Upper Room cannot be held responsible for ignoring the daily drop-off and collection times for my Child/Children.  As Snacks/Lunch and beverages will be served, prior advise of any allergies or medical conditions should be mentioned.
